How to Hire the Hall

Check the calendar below to see if the hall is free. 

 If your dates are free you can complete a reservation form and get an estimate, send us an enquiry, or telephone us and leave a message. In any event we will answer your enquiry or reservation request promptly.

 

Please use the reservation 'e' form. - Get 5% off your hire: -

Get a price and reserve your date by completing the on line reservation form. You must have an e-mail account to use this feature.

Hire price includes chairs and tables, cutlery and crockery, and kitchen equipment. No extra charge for heating.

New Feature - Childrens play equipment can be hired for parties - please indicate on form.

Please complete the paper booking form and post to the Village Hall. This is the latest price list.

 

Bar, Stage and Lights

If you need use the bar please use this additional bar request form.

If you indicate you need a bar on the reservation we will contact you to discuss.

Please indicate on the form if you require the stage to be altered or removed (normally sized at 3m by 2m) or if you wish to hire the lights.
